By using Evented, you agree to the following terms:

• You use this tool at your own discretion and risk.
• Evented is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any calendar events created through this extension (a "View Event" link is provided for your review).
• Your OpenAI API key and model preferences are stored locally using Chrome’s storage.local API and never transmitted to any Evented-controlled server.
• You agree not to misuse the extension or attempt to access any unauthorized data, accounts, or systems through it.

This tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or OpenAI. It is an independent productivity extension built for personal use.
